Pension Auto Enrolment
For some years now, auto enrolment has been a key consideration in any business with employees. Your business will have its own auto enrolment needs. As with our payroll processing solution we like to make things as simple and straight forward for you as possible.
We don’t have recurring monthly charges for auto enrolment and only charge you for what you need.
There is a legal obligation to provide all employees with communication at the point of postponement and auto enrolment, we provide this to businesses for a one off charge of just £12 per employee.
If they stay in the scheme then there is no further cost to you, if an employee chooses to opt out of the pension then at re-enrolment time we can support you once again with providing the required letters to anyone who needs to be re-enrolled.
Declaration of Compliance
We can complete and submit the declaration of compliance for our customers directly with the pensions regulators. This declaration is required within 5 months of an employers staging date / duties start date or the re-enrolment date. We submit these declarations on your behalf for just £60 per PAYE reference.
Setting up with a pension provider
There are many different pension providers on the market and our payroll software is compatible with over 15 providers, we are registered as an agent with a number of these providers and can set the scheme up on your behalf for an administration fee of £60, please note there may be other set up fees applied by the pension provider directly.
We provide you with the required pension report to be uploaded directly in to your providers portal. We are also pleased to offer our customers who select, NEST, Smart Pension and Aviva the option of using the automated API interface to directly upload the pension contributions. All of this at no additional monthly cost.
