How we work

Your payroll is what we do best.  Work with us and you will find we deliver your payroll efficiently and on time.

This is all you need to do.  Each week or month, send us your payroll changes within the agreed timescale and simply leave the rest to us!  We then send you a report (or reports), showing how much you need to pay

  • each employee
  • HMRC
  • any third parties (typically, the pension provider)

We also securely email payslips to your employees.

All this, while you focus on what you do best – growing your business.

Our standard payroll package includes –

  • Full payroll calculation
  • Processing all starters and leavers, including issue of P45
  • Paper or emailed payslips to each employee
  • Payroll reports for management
  • Statutory payment calculations for sickness / parental pay
  • Our Core Level Auto Enrolment (Workplace Pension) service
  • Processing Tax Year End and providing all employees with P60s
  • Employee queries
  • Dedicated payroll specialist

6 – 10 Employees £4.95 per slip 6 – 10 Employees £4.40 per slip
11 – 25 Employees £4.40 per slip 11 – 25 Employees £3.85 per slip
26+ Employees £4.15 per slip 26+ Employees £3.65 per slip

*Subject to a minimum charge of £11 monthly/ £9.90 weekly per pay period
